Mr. McIlvane is a Senior Consultant and the patriarch for McIlvanePartners, Inc. With more than 50 years of business experience, Bob has seen and done it all. His experience blends the process orientation of the Fortune 500 with the quick paced decisiveness needed in successful start-ups. He has managed, from the ground up, large internal corporate start-ups as well as traditional start-ups. Bob's focus has always been on the Sales & Marketing side of the business. He has a wealth of contacts throughout the industryand the financial community, and has an incredibly successful track record within that group that gives him a high degree of respect and credibility. His experience spans both the telecom and cable TV marketplace; he has held Senior Level Executive positions at Anaconda Wire & Cable, Anixter Communications, and Antec (Arris). Since 1992 he has operated his own consulting business that helps companies both large and small penetrate the Cable TV marketplace. Throughout his life, Mr. McIlvane has operated at a high pace that sets the example for all around him. Spending an hour with Bob one can feel the common sense approach to business, the vast knowledge and experience, and the intense excitement for life in every word.

Outside of business Bob enjoys golf and spending time with his six grandchildren. He is the father of five, and has been married to his wife Doris for more than 50 years.
