Karen Anderson is Corporate Secretary, Treasurer and Lead Consultant for McIlvanePartners, Inc. Although most of her past experience stems from a financial background she has spent the last several years concentrating on those aspects within the field sales & marketing organizations. Her strengths are in field budgeting (both sales & field marketing), expense management and field compensation. She has developed extensive models for field compensation, field management, automation, as well as lead data base management. Prior to joining McIlvanePartners she held the position of Special Assistant to the Executive Vice President, Clarent Corporation focusing on the above specialty areas.

Ms. Anderson was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, but has lived extensively throughout the United States since 1986. On a more personal note, she is the mother of three children and travels extensively with them as they pursue their sport endeavors.
