Mr. Dietz will act as a Senior Consultant for McIlvanePartners, Inc. Freddy, as he is known, is the consummate salesman. Just ask him. "I'm just an old salesman, and really proud of it". Mr. Dietz has had a broad sales and sales management career that has spanned over three decades. He has held senior sales and sales management positions with companies like Bell & Howell, Comverse Technology, GTE and Clarent Corporation. Throughout his career, Fred has always been the sales person w ho delivers "THAT KEY" order that launches the start-up. He has a true understanding of the selling process, recognizes the criticality of getting the selling message right, and is one of those unique people who can get to the correct decision maker all the time.

Prior to his business career, Fred was a Marine, and as he points out quickly, there are no ex-marines. He is the father of two children and has been married to his wife Janell approaching 40 years.
